Before joining Iron Bloom, Phill worked on projects around Los Angeles and SF Bay Area as a Scenic Carpenter and Audio Engineer.

In 2021, he was Project Lead with Iron Bloom at Outside Lands for the Wine Lands activation. The following year he also joined the team on the Observatory project at Electric Forest. Phill continued to work free-lance with Iron Bloom for Big Beautiful Block Party, Barbie Malibu, Displate @ Anime Expo, Family Guy Mini Golf, 88 Rising Plaza, and Hallmark’s Christmas Experience before becoming a full time team member in 2026.

Originally from San Jose, Phill graduated from San Francisco State College with a B.A. in Technical Theatre Design and a Minor in Special Education. He has since moved to the PNW to live amongst the trees with his partner. In his free time, Phill enjoys woodworking, gardening, and traveling into Portland for music, movies, and great food.
